Tsunami is a huge wave usually appeared in the ocean. Ancient Greeks believed that the god of water Poseidon was getting angry and caused huge waves to punish sailors and crews of the ships. Nowadays scientists explain the appearance of tsunami with scientific background. The power of tsunami is enormous and it may destroy the whole city by falling on the coast. Storms may be also very dangerous. They threaten ships. There are a lot of cases when ships were crashed because of huge waves and storms. Tsunami may be so huge that some of them gain several meters in height.
